Step 1: Ask in the app
When the app launches, start with a question, a prescription price or a goal. The concierge will answer in plain words and show its sources.
Step 2: Concierge intake
When you want care, the concierge will take your history, goals and current meds in a short conversation. No form wall.
Step 3: A licensed clinician signs the plan
When care opens in your state, a licensed clinician will review your intake and decide on a plan. Nothing will be ordered without their signature.
Step 4: Follow-up
Check-ins, refills and labs will come on schedule, so follow-up will not depend on you remembering.

Is Vane a doctor?
No. Vane is an AI health concierge. In the app, it will answer general health questions with sources, and every answer will be labeled as AI-generated general information, not medical advice. It will not diagnose or prescribe. Once clinical care is live, a licensed clinician will sign every order.
What do plans cost?

Which medications does Vane use for weight?
Branded GLP-1s only: Wegovy, Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo. Once care is live, a licensed clinician will decide whether one fits you, and which one. For any other prescription, the free Rx concierge finds the cheapest legal way to fill it.
