Testosterone program
Testosterone care comes in phase 2.
Testosterone care opens in phase 2, after the DEA telemedicine rule settles. Until then it is waitlist only, and we do not have a date. When it opens, it will start with a video visit with a licensed clinician, who decides whether treatment fits you and sets your lab schedule.
Testosterone plan: waitlist only for now. Meds and labs are paid at cost, separately.
Phase 2
Why we wait.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. A federal law, the Ryan Haight Act of 2008, generally requires an in-person medical exam before a controlled substance is prescribed online.
Since 2020, temporary federal flexibilities have let clinicians prescribe these medicines over telehealth without that exam. The current extension, from the DEA and HHS, runs through December 31, 2026. A permanent rule is not final yet.
We would rather build testosterone care on the permanent rule than on a temporary one. So we wait, and we will not promise a date.

Who it is for
Built for men like this.
- Men who want testosterone care from a licensed clinician, with labs.
- Men who want to hear the day it opens.
- Men who take testosterone elsewhere and may want to switch later.
Wanting it does not mean it fits you. A licensed clinician decides.

Safety
Read the official label.
Every medication has an official FDA label. It says what the medication is approved for, how it is taken and its risks. Read it, and ask the clinician about anything that is not clear.

Questions
Plain answers.
When will testosterone care open?
In phase 2, after the DEA telemedicine rule settles. We do not have a date, and we will not guess one. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens.
Why not now?
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Prescribing it over telehealth runs on temporary DEA rules today. We want to build testosterone care on the permanent rule, not a temporary one.
What will it cost?
Testosterone plan: waitlist only for now. Meds and labs are paid at cost, separately.
Can I get labs now?
Not yet. Baseline, a one-time lab panel with a clinician video visit and a written plan, opens when care launches. Join early access to hear first.
I already take testosterone. Can I switch?
Switches open with phase 2. The switch page explains how a move will work.
