- Step 2:
Share what you have
When care opens in your state, you will share your last prescription and recent labs in the Vane app.
- Step 3:
A clinician reviews it
A licensed clinician will review it by video visit. Testosterone switches open in phase 2.
- Step 4:
The clinician decides
If the clinician decides a switch fits, they will write your plan. We look for the cheapest legal way to fill it.
- Step 5:
Then leave the old provider
Keep your current provider until your first fill with Vane is in hand, so there is no gap.

What the clinician checks
A licensed clinician would look at:
- The medication and dose you take now, and how long you have taken it.
- Your recent labs, and whether new ones are needed.
- Your health history and the other medicines you take.
From there, the clinician would decide whether to continue, change or stop your treatment, and set your lab schedule. A licensed clinician makes that call, not the app.

I take a GLP-1 that is not on your list. Can I switch?
Weight care uses branded GLP-1s only: the Wegovy pill, the Wegovy pen, Zepbound and Foundayo. A licensed clinician can talk through whether one of them fits you.
Can I switch testosterone care now?
